Open Studio Drop-in Facilities

The GZPS studio is located on the 3rd floor of a heritage Chinatown Victoria Building.
The print facilities are available to members 15 hours a week at Open Studio Drop-in.
Artists interested in using the facilities are invited to visit anytime during OS hours.
All levels of printmaking are welcome.
Basic technical direction is available during all Open Studio hours.
Drop-in working space is available on a first come basis.

The Studio has facilities for:
Intaglio: etching, drypoint, collograph
Planographic: monoprint, polymer litho, table top screenprinting
Relief: lino, woodcut

Tuesday 5pm to 10pm, by confirmation
Thursday 9am to 2pm
Friday 11am to 4pm

To have access to Open Studio Drop-in the artist takes a one-day Orientation or any one of the offered workshops.

Praga Press - bed 24” x 40"
Patrick Press - bed 20” x 36"
Screw Press - bed 13” x 9"
Ferric Chloride bath 20” x 26”

Inks (relief intaglio litho, oil & water based), etching grounds, ferric chloride bath, hot plate, fountain solution, silkscreens, brayers & small tools, proofing paper, newsprint, blotters, tissue, and many other supplies are included

Archives
One print from each edition or equivalent is submitted for studio presentation portfolio. Full information and form.

Fees
Per Open Studio $35
Annual Membership $45/ or annual studio fee
Orientation / One-Day workshop $125
Monthly Member Fee: 100 (unlimited use within Open Studio hours)
